Coaching with London Table Football
At London Table Football, the goal is not just to give people tables to play on. It is to help more people get into the game, improve properly, and enjoy foosball at every level.

Coaching is a big part of that.

For some players, that means learning the basics for the first time. For others, it means becoming more consistent, developing a stronger doubles game, or preparing for serious competition.

Wherever you are starting from, coaching helps you improve faster by giving you the right feedback, the right training focus, and a clearer sense of how to move forward.
Who Coaching Is For
You do not need to be advanced to benefit from coaching. You just need to want to improve.

What You Can Expect
Flexible Booking
Coaching is offered on a flexible advance-booking basis rather than a fixed weekly timetable.

Because my competition, events, and venue schedule varies, I release coaching availability in advance and arrange sessions from those available windows.

That means you can still plan ahead, but I am not tied to the same slot every week all year round.

Students on coaching packages receive priority access to new coaching slots.

How booking works:
1. Choose and pay for your coaching session or package online.
2. After purchase, you will receive instructions for arranging your session.
3. Dates and times are then agreed separately from upcoming availability.

Venue Location
Coaching sessions are normally delivered at one of the existing London Table Football venues where tables are already in place.

The exact venue will depend on availability, session type, and what works best based on location and logistics. Venue details will always be confirmed in advance before the session is finalised.
Using existing LTF venues helps keeps coaching practical, accessible, and connected to the wider playing community.
Why Train with Stephen Lyall
There is a difference between being good at foosball and being able to help other people improve. I bring both.

As one of the top players in the UK, I understand what high-level performance looks like. As a coach with years of experience, I know how to break the game down, explain it clearly, and help players improve step by step.

My aim is simple: to help you improve faster, enjoy the game more, and build a game you can trust.

Dave Ziemann
“Even Pro players need coaching, and Steve helped me to unlearn bad habits and improve the methodology and consistency on my 5-rod passing and my snake shot."
Irene Teinemaa
"As a new player, I initially wasn't sure if I was ready for coaching, but Steve was great at tailoring the session exactly to my level."
Eliza Kilian
“Steve is an incredibly patient and friendly coach who immediately puts people at ease. He has a sharp eye for identifying areas of improvement, and knows how to address them in a way that is clear, practical, and easy to apply.”
